Our Touring Caravan Park

Llandudno In beautiful North Wales

We have 2 pitches for motorhomes, unfortunately we do not allow tents.

The site is situated in rural surroundings approximately 2 miles from Llandudno off the A470 road, within easy reach of Deganwy, Conwy and Colwyn Bay including Conwy Valley and Snowdonia. The local store and Post office are approximately 500 yards from the site with a bus service to Conwy and Llandudno near the entrance of the caravan park.

Touring Caravan Site Facilities

Spacious, Clean Quiet & Stunning Views

Our touring site opens from the 21st march until 31st October.  We have 8 touring pitches for nightly touring and we have six seasonal pitches which are so popular we currently have a waiting list.

Our touring park facilities include:-

  • Separate ladies and gents toilets and showers
  • Separate accessible toilet and shower room
  • Pitches come with electric and water and drains for waste water
  • We site your touring caravan on base
  • Designated parking area for cars, we do not allow cars next to touring pitches

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an age limit to the holiday home I can site on the park?
NO- but the caravan must be kept clean and tidy.
If after a few years you decide you want to purchase a new holiday home or something that is newer, the sales office will offer you a great part-exchange service.
No, we suggest you arrange your own finance with your bank or other lenders. Supermarkets can also offer a competitive rates.
Letting of caravans is strictly prohibited.
YES! Stable Cottage is a Pet Friendly Holiday Cottage which allows one small well behaved dog. We ask that they are walked on the designated dog walk and kept on a lead at all times. Any dog fouling must be picked up and placed in the bins provided.
Insurance in mandatory and a copy of the Insurance Schedule MUST be kept in office. We do use Leisure Days Insurance company but it is not mandatory to use this supplier.  The policy must be NEW FOR OLD
No, Maes Dolau Caravan Park is not a residential park and is only licensed for holiday use. We require a copy of your Council Tax Bill for your file to show that you have a residential address. You must inform us of any change of address.
